Dilek Atlı studied Business Administration at Anadolu University and completed her master’s degree in Philosophy at Uludağ University. She worked as a journalist, editor and broadcaster at Olay Media Group, Hürriyet and Milliyet, and served as a press coordinator at Nilüfer Municipality during the 2019 local elections. Since 2021, she has been working as a freelance journalist, mainly covering human rights, economy, urban issues, culture and education. She also works as a content writer for various platforms and as a web editor for Ekohaber.
