Fatma Nur Polatcan obtained a bachelor’s degree in Turkish Language and Literature from Van Yüzüncü Yıl University. She’s worked as a journalist for over five years, focusing on investigative pieces and interviews about women’s rights, climate, refugees, tourism, culture and economy. In 2024, Polatcan won the award for “successful journalist of the year” from Turkey’s Southeastern Journalists’ Society.
