Gizem Çetimen studied journalism and earned a master’s degree in art and culture management at Yeditepe University. She worked as a reporter at the culture and arts desk of Milliyet Newspaper, and contributed to Milliyet Sanat, Milliyet Kitap, Milliyet Pazar and Hürriyet Kitap Sanat. Her articles have also appeared in Radikal Kitap Sanat, Sanatatak and Artful Living.
