İrem Sarıkulak studied Anthropology at Ankara University and she is about to complete her master's degree at Hacettepe University, Department of Sports Science and Technologies. She attended various international congresses to present her research about sports and gender. She is the editor and founder of FemSport, which is a news platform focusing on women in sports.
